Kiwi Kids can Cook

Kiwi Kids can Cook is an initiative whose mission is solely to get kids hooked on cooking. new zealands hottest junior cook v3 auckland
To install healthy eating habits, to bring families together through working together and creating healthy food options at meal times.
To introduce the opportunities cookery can bring as a career pathway at an early stage, in a fun but challenging environment.

“Kiwi Kids Can Cook” has been running in Northland for the last 8 years and is now heading national. NZ Chefs are hosting regional cook offs around the country to find the top young junior chefs. Then getting them to Auckland to compete in the Inaugural Kiwi Kids Can Cook National final where one budding young chef will be crowned New Zealand’s “Kiwi Kids Can Cook Champion”
The Regular feedback from parents saying how nice it is to have their kids participate and sometimes take over the preparation of food at meal times is evidence that the potential of this competition is powerful.
Already Northlands Max Donaldson and Wellingtons Rickie Moon are cooking their way to Auckland. The Question is! Who will join them?

Click below to check out NZ Chefs website for further details on how to enter and locations of the regional cook offs.
